right of return

- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The right of withdrawal period will expire after 14 days, starting from the day you have acquired possession of the goods.

- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear notification (by post or e-mail) to us - LTD "amu", unified registration No. 40103886112, legal address Rīga, Liepājas iela 35a-13, phone no.26423863, and e-mail address info@amu.lv.

- In order for the right of withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient if you send your notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.

- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and the packaging has been opened before, which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

 

consequences of withdrawal

- If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, the additional delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred because you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

- The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to do otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

- We will withhold the reimbursement until we have received back the goods, when you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

- You will send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

- You are only entitled to a reduction in the value of the goods if the goods are used for purposes other than to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
