General terms

If the Buyer purchases the Goods on the website, it is considered that a Distance Agreement has been concluded between the Buyer and the Seller with the terms specified below.

The main characteristics, description and composition of the Goods, as well as the final price are indicated next to each Product. Product prices are indicated with VAT. The assortment of goods and prices on the website may be changed without notice.

The personal data of the website visitor and the Buyer are processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time, and the current version of the Terms of Sale is always available on the website.

Ordering goods

To place an order on the website, the Buyer selects the Goods and adds them to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer selects the Order option and selects one of the available delivery and payment methods, after which the total cost of the order with delivery is displayed.

By confirming the order, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy, selects the Pay option and makes a payment to complete the order. The Buyer will receive an e-mail notification with the relevant order number regarding a confirmed order.

If the Buyer wishes to make changes to an already confirmed order, the Buyer must immediately contact the Seller using the contact form or by writing to the e-mail: info@amu.lv. Changes are possible until the Goods are dispatched.

payment for goods

The payment currency on the website is euro. The purchase can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods:

Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor

Visa/Mastercard card payments

PayPal

Prepaid invoice

NB! When using the internet banking payment method, confirm the order and click on the “Return to merchant” button.

Internet banking and card payments are provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv / Maksekeskus AS. Personal data required for making internet banking and card payments are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

If the Buyer chooses Prepaid invoice as the payment method for the order, then after confirming the order, the Buyer will receive a prepaid invoice in his/her e-mail, the payment of which must be made within 3 business days to the Seller’s current account specified in the prepaid invoice.

The distance contract comes into force upon successful payment to the Seller's bank account.

If the ordered Product is not available or for other reasons it is impossible to fulfill the order, the Seller will inform the Buyer about this within one business day and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

The Seller ensures delivery of the order to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.

Delivery in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia is carried out using OMNIVA or LATVIJAS PAST services. Delivery in the European Union is carried out using the LATVIJAS PAST service. Delivery outside the European Union is carried out using the LATVIJAS PAST service. All duties and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer.

Delivery is not made to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, North Korea.

Delivery costs depend on the country of delivery and the selected delivery method. Detailed information on delivery costs can be found in the Delivery section. Specific delivery costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.

The Goods are shipped within 1-3 business days. The maximum planned delivery time is 5 business days for orders to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and 10 business days to other countries. The Seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery of the Goods due to delays in the delivery service provider selected by the Buyer.

In cases where delivery is delayed, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer of the delay in delivery of the order.

In cases where the Buyer wishes to receive the order using a different delivery method, the Buyer must coordinate this with the Seller.

In the event that the Buyer has not collected the Goods on time and they are returned to the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to refund the Buyer only the value of the Goods, minus all costs of returning the Goods.

right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Product and return (or exchange) it within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order, if the Product has not been used and its packaging has not been damaged. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a legal entity.

To refuse the ordered Product and return (or exchange) it, the Buyer contacts the Seller by writing to the e-mail info@amu.lv.
